For the purposes of the provisions of Regulation (EU)
2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of such Data (hereinafter also ‘GDPR’) and national implementing regulations, Users of this website are informed that the personal data they provide through it by email or by any other means will be processed in accordance with this Data Protection Policy and current regulations.
The data provided will be incorporated into a file owned by Roble Capital Group S.L. (hereinafter also ‘Roble Capital’ or ‘the Company’),
this company being the Data Controller for the purposes of current regulations.
Roble Capital Group S.L. is a commercial company of Spanish nationality, domiciled at Calle Velázquez 27, Planta 1, 28110 Madrid, with Tax ID number A12345678Z and registered in the Madrid Mercantile Registry. It can be contacted for matters related to Personal Data Protection at the email address privacy@roblecapital.com as well as at the registered office address (Tel.: +34 91 432 36 78).
The data will be provided by the User, unless it is necessary for Roble Capital to request it in response to the User in order to
return contact and be able to respond to their request. In the latter case, data such as full name and surname, landline or mobile phone number, alternative email address, personal or professional address, profession, job title, place or centre of work, etc. may be requested, depending on the circumstances and nature of the request or purpose of the contact made by the User.
The data will be processed for the following purposes: a) To return contact in order to respond to requests, for the purposes or requests
indicated in such requests, which may include the sending of quotes and information about the services of Roble Capital. b) To resolve and respond to queries or requests. c) Sending communications relating to the services offered by Roble Capital or new regulations, case law, doctrine or industry trends that may be of interest to you. d) In the event that the user sends their curriculum vitae to the company, their data will be processed to manage and process their job application.
The data will be processed on the legal basis of the consent of the User who provides them. The interested party may withdraw this consent at any time and object to the processing as will be explained below, although this will not affect the legality of the processing carried out previously. In these cases, we will stop processing the data or, where appropriate, we will stop processing it for the specific purpose required of us, except for compelling legitimate reasons as set out in the regulations, or for the exercise of or defence against possible claims.
The provision of data is voluntary, although, if it is not provided, it cannot be processed for the indicated purposes and the User’s
request may not be attended to, which the User accepts.
The User expressly accepts the processing and inclusion in a file, automated or not, of the data provided by email or any other means while browsing the Website or sent to the emails that appear on the Website or to any other email of Roble Capital.
In the event that data from third parties has been provided, it is the User’s responsibility to inform them of the entire contents of this
Data Protection policy and to have obtained their prior consent for this, in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the GDPR, this being the sole responsibility of the User providing the data.
Roble Capital guarantees users, at all times, the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and
portability with regard to the personal data provided, under the terms set out in the GDPR. Users may exercise these rights by sending an express request, with a copy of their ID card, passport or foreign identity document, to any of the contact addresses indicated at the beginning of this Data Protection Policy.
Roble Capital undertakes to use the personal data provided in accordance with the purposes indicated in this Data Protection Policy and current regulations, respecting their confidentiality, as well as to comply with its obligation to safeguard them and adopt all measures required by law to prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorised access or processing.
The User is solely responsible for the veracity of the data entered. Roble Capital reserves the right to withdraw, deny or suspend access
to the Website in the event that the data provided is or could be false, inaccurate or misleading. In any case, the User shall be exclusively and fully responsible for the data that they transmit or communicate to Roble Capital.
DATA RETENTION
Roble Capital will keep the data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which we collect it (such as responding to a request, providing a quote, etc.), as well as to comply with any legal obligation or to clarify any responsibility arising from the processing of the
data in accordance with current regulations. For this purpose, it will be kept as a communication history.
When they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and the fulfilment of the aforementioned obligations, they will be eliminated when it is legally or technically possible and as long as it is not possible, they will be blocked and made available to Judges and Courts, or the competent Public Administrations, in particular the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for the attention of possible responsibilities arising from the processing of the data.
If the user has submitted their CV via the website, their data will be kept until their job application has been resolved and, if it is
of interest to Roble Capital, for a maximum of five (5) years from the date on which it was provided, in case new positions matching their profile become available.
